All nominations for officers & committee members must be proposed & seconded by fully paid up members & received in writing to the secretary 14 days prior to the meeting
Members eligible to serve on the committee for 2018 must have been associated with the breed no less than 3 years.
Items for the agenda must be sent to the secretary not less than 14 days prior to the meeting
